OUR TEAM
Dr. Samad Hossain
Dr. Samad Hossain earned his Ph.D. in 2012 from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, India, where he conducted research on natural product total synthesis under the supervision of J. S. Yadav. Following his doctoral studies, he joined Invictus Oncology as a Research Scientist, where he worked on lipid nanoparticle- and human serum albumin-based drug delivery systems for anticancer therapeutics.
In 2019, Dr. Hossain joined AAP Pharma, Hyderabad, where he was responsible for process research and development, kilogram-scale API synthesis. In 2025, he moved on from AAP Pharma to establish Daisa Biopharma. Dr. Hossain has published six research articles and holds five patents. Dr Hossain has 14+ years R&D experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have in-depth knowledge in process optimization and manufacturing of API and specialty chemicals
Dr. Bali Reddy
Dr. Perla Venkata Bali Reddy, a graduate of Sri Krishnadevaraya University, earned his Ph.D. in 2017. From 2004 to 2016, Dr. Reddy worked at GVK BIO as an Associate Scientist, contributing to contract research projects associated with DuPont. He subsequently joined Coromandel International Limited in 2016, where he worked in Process R&D to the position of Manager.
Since 2025, Dr. Reddy has been associated with Daisa Biopharma as a Scientist in Process R&D. His current research focuses on the development and optimization of processes for APIs and advanced pharmaceutical intermediates.
